Jos, we've been using the Fedora / RHEL / CentOS rpm from http://www.otrs.com/de/open-source/get-otrs/software-download/ since versions 3.1.4 and did subsequent rpm updates without problems on a CentOS ec2 instance. - Bernd - flowplayer.org
