Heh, OTRS is good, but most of functionality hidden in unchecked boxes in config, and no documentation described it and typical tasks like this ;) in my installation(2.2.4) a button "status view" contain a text "}"><br>$Text{"</a> </div> </td> <!--stop Item --><!--start Item-->
