Hello Wagner, <div><br></div><div>Yes there is, you can use the Configuration for you dashboard by looking for Dashboard, then Choose FrontEnd::Agent::Dashboard, </div><div><br></div><div>Look for the one you want to change and modify the &quot;SortBy&quot; Atribute.</div>


<div><br></div><div>TicketPendingTimeOlderMinutes=1;StateType=pending reminder;<b>SortBy=Priority;</b>OrderBy=Down;</div><div><br></div><div>You can also do it in the xml file which is in /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config/Files/Ticket.xml</div>
