How does one set a queue so that when it is responded to, the default state is 'closed-succesful' instead of 'open'?
I'm not sure, but maybe you are looking for that Kernel/Config.pm option: $Self->{DefaultNextComposeType} = 'closed successful'; And the pre selected ticket state will be 'closed successful' (not 'open') by composing an answer.
