[otrs] Problem with HTM Tags

Hi, When the customers are receiving the mail, they are getting mails like this. You can see the progress of your ticket at :///customer.pl?Action=CustomerZoom&TicketID= How to overcome this problem. Regards, Prafulla Kumar
