i am using otrs for some times now.

Since 1.3.2, i don't see any new thing from otrs...

Where did you look for changes?

No, it is still alive...

i don't see any new great version under developpement on cvs...

So, you just have to look at the CVS HEAD. The Version 2.0 is knocking at the door.
