I'm still getting this on the original box:

I've got similar errors once but they didn't have anything to do with a perl- or system upgrade. Simply the path in apache2-perl-startup.pl were not correct. Maybe it's as simple as that...: http://www.claudiokuenzler.com/blog/151/apache-does-not-start-after-otrs-upg...

Did that. I uninstalled 3.1.4 and moved back to 3.1.3 on my new server and it worked. There is something seriously broken in 3.1.4.
