Hi Ibsen, what version of OTRS are you using. In the version 2.4.* is a bug but in the 3.0 and 3.1 you can use a sysconfig configuration, for every option you can use an ACL based on user group permissions.

Hi,

Does anyone know how to enable de survey module to specific users?

I tried this:

In SysConfig:
Survey -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration

Frontend::Module###AgentSurvey

Under "Nav Bar", specify the group I want to enable the nav bar button.

But it didn't work. The Survey menu is still active for all users.

Any clues?
