Dear All,<br><br>I am using OTRS 2.4.7 with OpenLdap.<br><br>Now I am trying to  configure new  Dynamic Stats Module to get the Agent Name and Custmer Mobile No. in report.<br><br>Please guide me where should i find the data because i don&#39;t have these field in ticket table.<br>
