[otrs] Send customer notification also to admin mail address

Hi all, I need some help about configuring OTRS system. I tried to insert the feature to send the notification customer e-mails (new-owner e-mail and so on) also to admin mail (in cc) for my purpouse, but I'm not capable to do it. Could someone help me to solve the problem? Thanks so much Teresa
