Hi, I have been making backups on my OTRS database using backup.sh. There are 2 .bz2 files; article_backup.tar.bz2 and database_backup.sql.bz2 How do I go on about restoring the OTRS database contents? I want to shift OTRS from one machine to another. Thanks! Regards, Thau.
