try "dotProject" -> www.freshmeat.net for an open source project management system (apache, php, mysql) quite a piece of work. we use in a productiv env. Its good and its open.

Hi there,
not currently. I'm having a hard time as it is convincing the people here to use OTRS over Cerberus/Eventum. At the moment it looks like I'm fighting a losing battle :-( We're using NetOffice for project management.
