I solved my problem
by removing OTRS (uninstall RPM + removing the otrs directories) completely
and do a fresh install of the Fedora rpm.
(Of course I did not delete
the database and I did backup Config.pm)

Onderwerp: [otrs] Permission problems after upgrading to 2.3.1
I just upgraded one of my OTRS boxes form
2.2.5 to 2.3.1 and now I can’t Zoom tickets any more (“No
Permisson”)
Of course I ran the SQL upgrade script AND
SetPermissions.sh, but no luck so far.
Fedora 6
MySQL 5.0.27 (dedicated MySQL server)
Did anyone had the same problem and managed
to solve this?
