Thanks for the reply. Excuse my ignorance, but what's a "HEAD?" Is that a file in the CVS that I can view at cvs.otrs.org (so I can patch our version), or something else.
In CVS, meaning "Concurrent Versioning System", one can maintain several branches representing different states of development of a software (suite). Usually, CVS HEAD is the main development branch. Google a bit around to find a lot of sites with comprehensive help and tutorials concerning CVS. With kind regards, Robert Kehl
