And I received a html formatted mail. In the qeue view it was displayed in source code, very hard to read. I had to zoom to read this mail.

Is there a way to change this?

I can't reproduce this problem. May you send a html formatted email to feedback at otrs.org? So I can check this. That's would be fine.
