Hi Rodrigo, When I had this issue I found out that OTRS was interpreting my mounted ISO as a full disk. Try unmounting any ISO's you may have and reload the support page. David Rodrigo Correa wrote:

Checking the console of my server (OpenSuse 10.2 - VMWARE Virtual) I realized that I have free disk space.
