Hi all, I suppose that when OTRS is installed in a box where the mailboxs are stored, i should be very easy to configure OTRS to get the mails into the correct queue, but I don't know exactly how. Can someone explain me how to do it? Maybe my mailbox file is no located where OTRS is expecting. Where does PostMaster.pl look at for new mails? thanks, Rafa.
