
I would try installing each module individually in the listed order, as cpan
tends to install things in an apparently haphazard order from what I can
tell. Alternatively as Nils mentioned you could try using Dag's repo to get
the additional packages you can't get from the normal CentOS repos.
Try this:
wget
http://dag.wieers.com/packages/rpmforge-release/rpmforge-release-0.3.6-1.el4...
rpm -Uhv *rpmforge-release-0.3.6-1.el4.rf.i386.rpm*
yum install <package>
In most cases the perl packages will be named perl-xxx-xxxxx (for example,
the DBD::MySQL package is named perl-DBD-MySQL)
I personally prefer the cpan method because then you know exactly which
version you are using, and Dag doesn't always have every module for every
product.

So what we have -> CentOS 4.4 and OTRS 2.1.6 ( rpm )

When come to :

Any ideas? Because it looks like that it cause problem with httpd+perl module after.
