Be sure "Yes" is not chosen for the OTRS admin notification preferences, and/or the OTRS admin doesn't have anything in its "My Queues".
Thanks for the reply. I get a 2 notifications for each queue I have selected in my preferences, one for myself, one addressed to OTRS. My suspicion is that there is someplace that I configued some time ago that sends a message to the OTRS admin. That's what I need to disable.
