[otrs] Install doc for OTRS 2.14 on CentOS 4.4

I've put together a step-by-step installation doc to get OTRS 2.14installing and running on CentOS 4.4. If anyone is interested in it, let me know. Is there any place we can post docs like this for others to benefit? Ryan
