Hi there,

 

It’s IMAP, well actually IMAPS but same thing.  I have connected to it from Outlook using MAPI and I can see the messages arrive and disappear.

Hi,

Did you set up a POP3 or an IMAP mailbox? I'm asking because if it's POP3 and if some other mail client has that same account configured, OTRS won't be able to fetch any messages.
