Ciao Alessandro,

I've never used TicketFreeTime but in many case TicketFreeText. This last could be used as special fields that could be filled by customer and/or agent having the availability to decide where they have to be displayed.

Furthermore they can be used in agent search. This should be enoght for the creativity ;)
