Hello, I have moved OTRS from : - a Windows box to a Linux box - release 2.0.4 to 2.1.0 beta 2 - MySQL 4.0 to MySQL 4.1 (<= issue with unicode encoding data, but solved) The result is quite OK except the fact agents cannot access to internal FAQ. They still have the right to do it but icon is not diplayed in the agent interface. Is there something new with release 3.1.0 concerning FAQ ? I would like to install application with Package Manager, but applications are only available for framework 2.0. Where can I find 2.1 framework applications ? Regards.
