There is no way to use different private dictionary words for each agent. But it should work if you use it for the webserver user. If you need to add CMDs to ispell, change (add) the SpellChecker config option to your Kernel/Config.pm and modify it. $Self->{SpellChecker} = '/usr/bin/ispell';
