we're seeing frequent occurrences of the following error (sent to the cron email address):

OTRS 2.2.1, debian etch.

Customer user data is sourced from a separate database - not sure if this is relevant.

Would appreciate any suggestions. At this point, I don't even know which point in the ticket work flow is triggering these errors.
