Hi,

I'm trying to add fields TicketFreeText1 and TicketFreeTime6 to dashboard view.

I have added

<td>$QData{"TicketFreeText1"}</td> and
<td>$QData{"TicketFreeTime6"}</td>

to AgentDashboardTicketGeneric.dtl but I get only empty columns to dashboard.

There are values in both Due date and free text1.

Any one got idea what might be wrong?
