I think this is a job for the GenericAgent. Quickest way would be to define a wildcard on the ticket# and then remove/delete them. Give it a try. After you remove all the old tickets, you may want to delete this global delete from the job-list. Is it possible? I haven't seen any feature of this kind but may be I'm wrong, I'm thinking about remove them directly from the database. Any help? Thanks, Rafael. _______________________________________________ OTRS mailing list: otrs - Webpage: http://otrs.org/ Archive: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs To unsubscribe: http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/otrs Support or consulting for your OTRS system? => http://www.otrs.com/
