I'm not sure what you're looking for; are you using OTRS on Windows?
You can configure the SMTP server to use for delivering of emails via
Admin > SysConfig > Core::Sendmail as described in the manual:

My company uses SMTP for their email with post fix. How do I install the SMTP module for windows? I see where it requires a module install however I cannot find the module or the instructions for installing.
