[otrs] getting started for otrs

Hi all. where i can see the manual like "getting started" for OTRS, with description for typical steps for configure some things and expamples of configuration? in pdf manual from default installation i can't find it.... there described only few words about each element of interface (in "admin area" part, for example), and so on. but I can't find description about user-group-queue-role relations (what are I interested first) .... -- Mike Lykov ISP Samtelecom, Administrator
