I haven't heard about a list but from what I'm seeing a lot of things have simply been broken down into their component structures

TicketHook becomes Ticket::Hook
TicketNumberGenerator becomes Ticket::NumberGenerator
TicketNumberGenerator::AutoIncrement::MinCounterSize becomes Ticket::MinCounterSize

Are just a few examples of changes I had to make.

A good source would be to look at the Defaults.pm and the Config/Files/Ticket.pm files. These should reflect the new syntax.
