Hi all, you could forward every incoming e-mail from your exchange system to the OTRS system and store it on this computer in a pop box, or feed it to OTRS directly via procmail e.g. HTH Marko James Dehnert wrote:
I don't think OTRS speaks anything but POP (which makes sense when you think about it), so if you cannot open POP on your exchange server for any number or reasons you could have it forward OTRS mail off to some other system that you could run POP on.

Hi all,
Is there a way to receive email tickets directly into OTRS from Exchange? We do not run POP3 services on our exchange server. We are running OTRS on a Windows 2003 server. We just started experimenting with OTRS so any help is greatly appreciated!
