Hello all,

 

-        My problem is the following :

 

1)      OTRS send mail notification for a new ticket to an Customer (with sender= toto@toto.com)

 

2)      When Customer do reply it’s reply to toto@toto.com

 

-         I would change the receiver when people reply to a notification as following without manually action:

 

1)      OTRS send mail notification for a new ticket to an Customer (with sender= toto@toto.com)

 

2)      When Customer do reply it’s reply to titi@titi.com

 

 

Is it possible to do into OTRS ?
