Quick question, apoligize if it sounds stupid:

 

How do you disable locking in OTRS?

 

 Essentially we are using the system as a way to keep a "pool" of issues tracked not have them assigned to specific people. I know I can set them to automatically unlock after 1 min but that seems kind of kludgy.
