Hi. All I just install the OTRS in my PC (Windows 2000) As soon as started all service, I try to add the new account. But there are some problems , like below... I thought the error must be result from bad installation. So I repeat the installation and unistallation. But It has no effect about problem. What's the problem ? And How can I solve this problem ?
