[otrs] OTRS FAQ module -- creating categories/articles?

I just installed the FAQ module. I added myself to the faq groups, logged out, logged back in. The FAQ icon appeared at the top of my screen. Hurray. But when I click the icon, it shows no categories or articles. Also, there's no buttons to add any. The FAQ manual (PDF) says to add categories, but doesn't say how. I'm sure this is easy, but I can't figure it out. Best, Greg
