Hi Luca,
Yesterday we had some works going on on the OTRS websites. Up until
now we had different websites for OTRS.org and OTRS.com which were
built on different technology stacks. Now we have integrated the two
websites and basically moved over the services to the OTRS.com domain.
This caused a little disruption yesterday. Everything should be
available now. If not, please let us know!

I get all this kind of errors on everylink (except otrs.com):
The requested URL /download was not found on this server. (404)
