The company view doesnt seem to work, I have added multipul ID's and tried using the same ID for a few accounts yet they are still unable to see each other. The only method that seems to be successful is if I put in everyones personal ID into everyones mutlipul but this isnt pratical or even logical. Has anyone been able to come up with a solution for having all customers being able to view other customers tickets in company view?
