This is a bug pertaining to Exchange/Outlook. I don't know what version of OTRS you are on, but it is fixed somewhere along the way. There's a workaround to make it go away, but it's such a long time ago we had that problem that I can't recall exactly which setting does it. Try Admin -> Sysconfig -> Framework -> Core::Web -> WebUploadCacheModule. Set it to "FS" (File System). -- Lars
