your personnel manager requested a stat showing the
development of new Tickets compared to closed Tickets.
Here an example of how it should look like:
This is to determine the IT performance and new ticket
development.
I don’t know if this is possible with OTRS Stat
Module, haven’t done anything with it yet.
Maybe the Module can export the required data to csv
to create the graph with Excel.
Has anyone already done something like this and can
provide a config file?
This stat is required maybe twice a year so it must
not be fully automatically.
Any hint is greatly appreciated.
