sorry copy/paste wasn't the good one

 

I 'v send some informations in an other mail because the LDAP auth works well but only for user that are already in the otrs database. If a new is used, there is an error log that says "Need Pwd!" on line 204 of USER.pm

 

My configuration

OTRS 1.1.2 on a redhat 8.0 with Mysql and apache

The SMTP and LDAP servers are the sames: Exchange server
