We get a lot of spam and virus detected mails which I procmail to the We use qconfirm with otrs and qmail. And it works perfect. But when I remember right procmail is for postfix, yes? Perhaps there is something as qconfirm for postfix? We also have a lot of faxes (as pdf attachements) entering into the system. Any experience with OCR (*.pdf to *.txt converters) and OTRS? Look at the pdf converter from phpMySearch.web4.hm. It was in php, but it works.
