I'm pretty new to otrs, but it seems like you could run this query: SELECT setval ('"ticket_id_seq"', 12041, true); It should update the sequence so that the next ticket will be 12041 (possible 12042). I got this query from a dump of my otrs postgresql database. Ben On Wed, Nov 24, 2004 at 04:09:18AM +0100, Mercator GmbH wrote:
I have upgraded from 1.2.3. to 1.3.2 and now my ticket number starts at 1000001
but I had already counted up to 1012040
So, my old tickets will be overwritten!!!
WHAT can I do? And HOW???
Urgent, please help, because my tickets are being overwritten right now!!
Please mail me at: info@mercator.net
Thanks,
Marc
