Hello All!

 

I tried to customize my OTRS 2.3.4 to get a view where all my agents can see the list of all ticket they own in all queues. I have not found any hel on google and in this mailing list archive.

 

Is there any way to make a similar page to „My Queues” like „My Tickets”?
