Hi all, Our OTRS installation uses an LDAP backend for Agents and Customers. As we have Company information in our LDAP, do you know if there is some module that can retrieve Customer Company information from an LDAP backend? We’d like to stablish services according to companys in our LDAP. Kind regards, Juan Clavero
