We want to change the name of the ”type” field when customers register a new ticket. Is it possible to name this field something else than “type”? And if yes.. How?
Copy $OTRS_HOME/Kernel/Language/xx_Custom.pm to <your_language>_Custom.pm and translate “Type” to whatever you need.
Do not forget to change the package name in the file as well!!!
