Does anyone know of the most efficient way to use OTRS with MS Exchange. I would like to be able to alert my co workers when a new work order appears over email. I have looked through a lot of the documentation and I am not quite sure where to look. Right now I have OTRS configured to authenticate users using LDAP through a Windows Server 2003 Active Directory. Any help is appreiciated. Justin
