Hi,

After our successful upgrade to v2, everything seems working. But, we have terrible performance problems creating tickets, and specially, doing a search. Searching for some text, in a ticket created today (we create around 100 a day) stalls forever up to a point where the server throws a error (its not a browser timeout).

But… the server isn’t busy with nothing. Lots of free mem, 1,5% cpu usage. And if I log into mysql and do the query by hand, its instantaneous.

Where can I look at ?
