Hello! in AgentArticleZoom you can select if you want to show all articles of a ticket or just one. Can you point me the source code or sysconfig where i could change the "SELECT .... LIMIT 1" to like "SELECT .... LIMIT 10" ? I would like to show all articles OR the last 10 (not just one). Thanks, Mario
