The *.dtl files are HTML files embedded in Perl, I think, so you just should edit the HTML part of the file.
OTRS stores images in an alternate path, a directory called Images, somewhere down the OTRS dir. However u can store you image where u want.

Do I need to just reference an Image with an ENV setting? I am new to OTRS…..completely clueless.

If I remember, you should edit the CustomerHeader.dtl for the customer front-end and Header.dtl for the agent front-end.

I need to add a Company Logo to the Frontend(Login, and above the navigation bar), does anyone know where to put the reference? I am using OTRS 2.1.7 on Redhat.
