yeah i guess so... What I did was that you assign numbers to priorities[fr exAB213], that way there is less chance of spelling mistake and then in the post master filters write a regex for it. of course  users have to keep in mind or keep track of these numbers but i think it isnt that difficult if u keep a pattern and in an increasing order depending on the priority. Id suggest keep in the subject so that if at all user needs forward or replies to the mail it might get messy.
